Fitnessworx kids activity programs have been designed to develop fundamental movement and sports skills through unique and engaging activities – arming kids with transferrable skills that can be applied to any sport. Fitnessworx offer both preschool and school-age programs (for children from 3 to 13 years).
At Fitnessworx our goal is to get more children, more active, more often! Through our kids activity programs we aim to:
- impart positive attitudes about physical activity
- teach fundamental movement and sports skills
- improve fitness as an aspect of better health
- create a culture where socialisation skills are learnt and applied
- provide a safe, encouraging, child centered environment
In our Kinder Classes children LEARN fundamental movement and sports skills, in our School-age Classes we DEVELOP fitness, movement and sports skills.
