Is there a maximum number of kids we can invite?
Our party studio can comfortably seat up to 32kids.
I have an 18 month old. Is there an age restriction?
Do adults cost extra? Is there seating for adults?
Do we have to make our own coffees?
Absolutely not! In fact, Health & Safety rules don’t allow it. Our staff will run the coffee machine, and can provide coffee, tea and/or hot chocolate to you and your guests. We can organise this as a coffee tab (that will be added to your party total at the end), or alternatively guests can purchase their own coffees. All hot drinks $5.00.
How early can we arrive for our party?
Can we have a 2 hour party instead of 1.5hours?
How many tables are there for the kids to eat?
2 large trestle tables with bench seats. Each table seats approx. 14-16 kids.
Captain America is on your site! Do staff dress up?
Captain America was actually the dad of the birthday boy! Our staff are next to him – we must remain identifiable in our Fitnessworx Uniform, however may “add” to the look in a cape, mask, pirate bandana, fairy tutu etc. to suit the theme.
Are the kids allowed to dress up?
Will my Superhero party be the same as one we saw?
Do we break for food and cake?
Do I need to bring a cake knife, oven trays etc?
We have a fully set up kitchen with everything included! Cups, bowls, plates, serving trays, serving bowls (for lollies/chips), oven trays, tongs, oven mitts, knives etc.
