Meet Nathan Tieppo

Children’s Activity Program Facilitator and Roaming Supervisor

Nathan is our “quiet achiever” – or so we thought when he started with Fitnessworx in Term 4 2005. Over the last 4 years we’ve come to realise that he never really was that quiet, check out his pics below – he is quite the “actor” (and not a bad footy player either)!! Nathan is brilliant with the kids, engaging and encouraging – they all LOVE him. Nath became a Fitnessworx Supervisor in 2008.

Check out Nathan’s Fitnessworx Staff Questionnaire:

  • Birthday: 12/02/1987
  • Brothers or Sisters: I have 3 brothers (my poor mum!). 2 of them are older than me and 1 is younger than me.
  • Pets: Unfortunately I never really had any pets.
  • Favourite Colour: Blue. It reminds me of the beach.
  • Favourite Food: Lollies, but only 1 or 2 at a time. Too many is not good for you.

  • Favourite Drink: Water, it’s so refreshing and I drink a lot of it.
  • Favourite Animal: Eagles, I think it would be really cool to fly high and be able to see everything.
  • Favourite Popstar: The Getaway Plan, Fall Out Boy and Linkin Park. I like rock music especially before I play football.
  • Favourite Song: “Where the city meets the sea” by The Getaway Plan.
  • Favourite Sport / Activity: I like football in the winter because I get to run around and keep warm. But in summer I like to go to the beach and surf (even though I’m not that good at it I still have heaps of fun).
  • Favourite Fitnessworx Program: Multisport, I get to play all different kinds of fun sports and games.
  • What’s the best thing about working with kids? They make me laugh and it’s heaps of fun.
  • Why is it important to you to keep active? Being active just gives you so much more opportunity to enjoy everyday, instead of sitting in front of the tv all day, you have the energy to go outside and play, go for walks, and play sports which I have always loved doing.
  • What’s the best thing about being a part of Fitnessworx? It reminds me of when I was young and how much I loved playing games and having fun.
